Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients & customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our water and wastewater services.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to all customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or in-person

Provide accurate information about our services and processes to customers

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations

Process service requests, receiving payments, billing inquiries, and other customer-related transactions

Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of customer requests

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures

Stay up-to-date with new technologies and advancements in the field of customer service

QualificationsJob Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
