Join our team at the Courtyard by Marriott in Tampa.
We are looking for a friendly, dependable Front Desk Agent who enjoys helping people and creating a great guest experience.
What You'll Do
• Welcome and assist guests
• Complete check-ins and check-outs
• Answer phones and assist with reservations
• Process payments accurately
• Respond to guest questions and requests
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance
• Keep the front desk and lobby professional and welcoming
What We're Looking For
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong customer service skills
• Comfortable using computers
• Able to multitask in a busy environment
• Hotel experience preferred, but we will train the right person
Schedule
Must be available for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
