Job Overview: Culligan is hiring a Financial Analyst, located in Lombard, IL. This includes supporting monthly financial and business reviews, the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting to ensure timely and accurately delivery of requirements. This individual identifies problems using analytical skills, generating collaborative solutions, determining the best approach, and implementing best practice solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly recurring reporting packages for EDG, ensuring accuracy and consistency across business units.
- Update, maintain, and improve reporting tools, templates, and schedules.
- Refresh and validate data across reporting systems (IFS, HFM, Power BI, internal dashboards, and Microsoft office).
- Support preparation of Monthly Financial Review (MFR) and Monthly Business Operations Review (MOR reporting.
- Assist with account reconciliations, journal entry preparation, and documentation required for month-end close as assigned.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions, operating initiatives, and performance improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, Vlookup)
- Detail-orientated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict reporting deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000–$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
