What to expect in this role on a given day:
A CSI internship will be a full-time position within the Weldon Spring headquarters. This summer internship will have the opportunity to apply knowledge and skills gained from school in a professional setting.
CSI's intern program includes:
- On the job training, working alongside department members on a daily basis
- Networking events with employees and other interns
- Meetings with executives for a high level look at the business
- Volunteering in the community
- Discussions around work styles and how different behaviors build better working relationships
