Leasing Associate
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Job Type: Full-Time
CRM Residential is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and creating a great first impression, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome prospective residents and show available apartments
- Process applications and maintain leasing records
- Follow up with prospects and applicants
- Coordinate with management and maintenance on apartment availability
- Assist with move-ins, resident events, and marketing efforts
- Keep the Leasing Center professional, organized, and welcoming
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous leasing experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive, professional attitude
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work well with people
