About this role
The Project Team Member is a full-time position and reports to the Project Manager at Crew Carwash. The primary function of the Project Team Member is to install carwash equipment and components at new & existing locations.

Crew’s expectations:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have 1+ year project or construction experience
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
- Display good time management on delegated tasks
- Adhere to all Crew safety standards
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
- Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
- Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
- Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
- Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
- Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
- Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
Work Schedule Guidelines:
- Work 5 days/week, Monday-Friday
- 50% travel is required by air or car with a daily per diem and paid hotels
