Part Time Restaurant Server
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Part Time Restaurant Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and contribute to a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Check in with guests to address any additional needs or concerns.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs
