Job Description
Cincinnati Marriott North is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in and check-out experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservations and billing.
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and any issues are addressed.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient with front desk software and basic computer applications.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
