Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and/or passengers safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.
- Transport goods or passengers to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and maintenance standards.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and deliveries.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers.
- Report any vehicle issues or accidents promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type.
- Clean driving record with no recent violations.
- Proven experience as a driver or similar role preferred.
- Good knowledge of Atlanta and surrounding areas.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and long hours of driving.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
