About this role
Our client is seeking an experienced Interim Controller to lead a critical legal entity rationalization initiative. This is a full-time, 6+ month consulting engagement that is fully remote.
Requirements
- Controller or senior accounting leadership experience
- Strong background in intercompany accounting, consolidations, and month-end close
- Experience with GL clean-up, retained earnings adjustments, and complex journal entries
- Ability to partner with external advisors on transfer pricing and tax-related initiatives (no tax preparation required)
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience supporting transfer pricing initiatives and coordinating with external tax advisors
- CPA preferred
- Experience standardizing accounting processes across multiple legal entities
