VAT Operations Associate - countX (f/m/d)

Your mission

As part of our VAT Operations team at countX, you will:

• Prepare, validate, and clean e-commerce data (e.g., Amazon, ERP, invoicing tools)
• Manage and execute VAT reporting across EU countries, including OSS, local VAT returns, and VAT registrations
• Assist with Intrastat reporting and related filings
• Support process improvements and contribute to reliable, high-quality compliance deliverables
• Work closely with both internal teams and external partners on VAT-related operational tasks

Your profile

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in VAT reporting, EU VAT compliance, OSS reporting, or a closely related field
• Very strong Excel skills — you’re comfortable working with large data sets, formulas, pivot tables, and logical problem solving
• Solid understanding of EU VAT processes, OSS procedures, and VAT filing requirements
• Logical thinker with a structured & proactive approach to work
• Confident communicator in English (additional EU languages are a plus)
