Essential Duties and Responsibilities
● To oversee staff within Terre Haute (Visitation, Office clerks, HBCW)
● To have a set in office schedule
● To create Home-Based Case Work/SV folders
● To manage cases via regional excel sheets
● To load/review clients into Case Management Pro as ADMIN (case name, members, referrals, services needed).
● To update & organize Referral Binder cancellations by region (open and closed cases).
● To manage car seat inventory.
● To create training folders.
● To create employee folders.
● To read notes daily and to ensure employees are completing notes within 48 hours
● To monitor What’s App Group Chats and correlate notes.
● To schedule meetings for training
● To help Program Director as needed
● To research community resources
● To attend DCS fairs/events and to make routine stops with merch/treats
● Recruiting students within their undergrad and graduate programs
● Facilitate Trainings in Terre Haute
● Conduct Second Interviews in Terre Haute
● Vigo, Parke, Vermillion, Sullivan, Clay, and Marion County DCS Liaison
● Attend Provider Fairs in Region 8 and Region 10
● Attend ISU Career Fairs
● Maintaining a minimum caseload of 3
● Oversee and Facilitate events at Terre Haute Office
Self Management Skills
● Must maintain consistency and punctuality with scheduled appointments and meeting times.
● Must document accurate records of attendance.
● Must organize and prioritize schedules and keep track of tasks.
● Must demonstrate cooperative attitude and tolerance for stress when confronted with critical situations.
● Must maintain confidentiality, integrity, and accountability within the scope of responsibilities.
Business and Technical Skills
● Ability to apply general understanding and knowledge to carry out instructions in written, verbal, or schedule form.
● Ability to handle and carry out multiple tasks.
● Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and effectively utilize identified computer software applications to accomplish tasks.
● Ability to read, comprehend, interpret and apply information from general procedures, safety rules, instructions, data and reports.
● Ability to use basic English, the grammatical skills to write routine reports, and general correspondence.
● Organizational skills, and the ability to accurately document data and maintain records
