Responsibilities
As the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and prospective residents, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience every day.
Resident Relations & Front Desk Operations
Welcome residents, prospects, vendors, and guests with professionalism and positivity
Handle key pickups, rent payments, vendor check-ins, and resident inquiries
Manage multi line phone calls, transfers, messages, and follow-up communications
Assist residents with portal access, online services, and work order submissions
Coordinate and dispatch emergency maintenance requests when necessary
Process rental verification requests promptly and accurately
Leasing & Community Support
Answer questions about apartment availability, lease terms, and the application process
Schedule property tours for our leasing team and field agents
Assist with resident outreach and follow up communications
Support leasing and operational initiatives to help maintain a thriving community
Office & Administrative Excellence
Open and close the office each day
Keep the front desk, office space, and common areas organized and welcoming
Maintain office supplies, files, and operational materials
Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the community
QualificationsQualifications
2+ years of customer service, hospitality, office administration, or property management experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Solution-oriented thinker who can work independently and proactively
Experience with CRM or Property Management Software strongly preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
Spanish proficiency is a plus
Compensation Package
$21.00-$24.00 hourly
Paid Time Off, Sick Pay, Parental leave
Paid Holidays, Pro Rata based on schedule
401k - 100% vested after 90 days, up to a 4% match of gross salary

Working conditions
Part Time In Office Thursday to Saturday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30 minute lunch break. Elevated business casual dress code.
