The Marketing Coordinator provides hands-on support across Core Clinical Partners, Engage Locums, and Align Revenue Cycle Management. This role helps keep marketing projects organized and moving forward through content development, administrative support, event coordination, digital updates, asset management, packing, shipping, and other day-to-day department needs.
Essential Duties:
Marketing Coordinator
- Support marketing and communications projects across Core, Engage, and Align.
- Assist with social media, email campaigns, website updates, presentations, newsletters, flyers, advertisements, internal communications, and other content.
- Create and revise materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and brand templates.
- Coordinate project timelines, gather information, track approvals, organize feedback, and follow up on outstanding items.
- Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, contact lists, shared files, templates, photography, videos, and digital assets.
- Support HubSpot, CRM, email marketing, social media management, website, and reporting activities.
- Proofread materials for grammar, formatting, accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Coordinate print orders, promotional items, signage, vendor communication, invoices, and inventory.
- Support conferences, company events, recruiting events, clinician dinners, leadership meetings, and other internal and external activities.
- Assist with award submissions, surveys, research, data entry, reporting, and other department priorities.
- Support onboarding for new team members by organizing system access, training materials, templates, and department resources.
- Manage incoming marketing requests, confirm required information, route work to the appropriate team member, and help prioritize deadlines.
- Prepare, pack, ship, receive, organize, and restock event materials, promotional items, signage, collateral, and supplies. Run local business errands, including picking up or delivering printed materials, event supplies, promotional items, gifts, signage, and other department materials.
- Assist the Vice President and Marketing & Communications team with scheduling, document organization, administrative requests, and day-to-day department coordination.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, ask thoughtful questions, communicate progress, and proactively identify next steps.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.?
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, social media platforms, email marketing tools, CRM systems and project management platforms, preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.??
- Strong attention to details and ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
- Ability to collaborate with professionals internal and external to the company and across geographic locations. ?
- Ability to develop positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Work independently and exercise judgement on decision making and issue resolution.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information pertaining to the business and personnel.

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or related field. ?
Experience:
- One year of marketing, communications, administrative or project coordination experience.
- Experience in healthcare, communications, event planning, or a related area; Healthcare experience preferred.?
