About this role
The Facility Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the office security operations and maintaining a safe and controlled office environment. This role includes monitoring CCTV, access control logs, visitor / packages operation as part of the office security systems in accordance with company procedures. The Administrator acts as the first point of contact during an emergency situation, combining strong security awareness with a professional and service-oriented approach. The Administrator responds to incidents, prevents unauthorized access, and ensures a secure and welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Control access to the premises in accordance with security procedures
- Register visitors and issue temporary access passes
- Verify IDs of visitors, contractors, and deliveries
- Monitor CCTV, access control system, and alarm system
- Prevent unauthorized entry and security breaches
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations
- Maintain visitor and incident logs
- Engage in corporate security and administrative tasks and operations
- Communicate with internal teams (Security, Office Management)
- Enforce company security policies and Front Desk procedures
- Report suspicious activity and issues and unusual behavior to the Head of Security and the Office Manager
- Develop the security personnel rotation schedule
- Ensure a safe, calm, and welcoming environment at the reception area
