The Role 

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Sheeter Cutter Operator is responsible for handling products or operating a machine to control the production process. The operator will manage the production process and lead production staff on their designated line to meet and exceed production schedules and meet quality standards.

Who You Are 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and accountable individual with strong computer skills to handle paperwork and multi-task efficiently. The ideal candidate will work well both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent safety practices, problem-solving abilities, and adherence to manufacturing standards. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform well under pressure are essential.

•  Can work with minimal supervision
•  Demonstrate/possess good safety ethics & practices
•  Good mechanical aptitude
•  Able to problem-solve in a systematic manner
•  Knowledge of good manufacturing practices
•  Attention to detail
•  Exceptional people skills & coaching ability
•  Dependable with good attendance record
•  Willingness to be cross trained as there are no positions dedicated to one machine only
•  No bending or lifting restrictions
•  Knowledge of current health & safety legislations, policies, and procedures
•  Ability to work shift work, 8-to-12-hour shifts, holidays, overtime, and call-in shifts as required
