The Role 

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Line 6 Enrober (Op 4) is responsible for assuming responsibility for the overall operation of an Enrobing Line and the quality of the product it produces.  The operator will manage the production process and lead production staff on their designated line to meet and exceed production schedules and meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate for this role should be accountable, adept at multitasking, and demonstrate strong cooperation with colleagues and management. They must work well with minimal supervision and adhere to good safety practices. Additionally, they should excel under pressure, possess good mechanical aptitude, and solve problems systematically. Attention to detail and a commitment to good manufacturing practices are also essential attributes. 

Qualifications 

• Previous Machine Operator experience is an asset 

• Dependable with good attendance record 

• Willingness to be cross-trained  

• No bending or lifting restrictions 

• Knowledge of current health & safety legislations, policies, and procedures 

• Ability to work shift work, 8-to-12-hour shifts, holidays, overtime and call-in shifts as required
