Schedule: Weekends (All Shifts)
Ashton Commons Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Weekend Warrior Resident Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, team-oriented, and passionate about providing quality care and support to our residents during weekend shifts across all hours of the day.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Ensure resident safety and comfort throughout assigned shifts
- Follow individualized care plans and communicate changes in resident condition
- Collaborate with nursing and caregiving staff to maintain high-quality care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in senior living, caregiving, or healthcare preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused attitude
- Ability to work all weekend shifts (day, evening, and overnight as needed)
