Ashton Commons Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Medication Technician (Med Tech) to join our team! Position Details

• Position: Part-Time Medication Technician (Med Tech)
• Available Shifts:
  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications according to physician orders and facility policies.
• Accurately document medication administration and resident care.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to appropriate team members.
• Assist residents with daily needs while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.
• Maintain accurate records and follow all state regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
• Provide a positive and supportive environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Previous medication technician or senior living experience preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification (if required by state regulations).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow medication procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing quality resident care.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
