Join our Dining Services Team!
Red Cedar Lodge Senior Living is looking for friendly, dependable Part-Time and PRN Servers to provide exceptional dining service to our residents. If you enjoy working with seniors and creating a welcoming dining experience, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service during meal service.
- Take meal orders and serve food and beverages to residents.
- Set up and clean the dining room before and after meals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with stocking supplies and completing side work.
- Work collaboratively with the dining services team to ensure residents receive outstanding service.
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or serving experience is preferred but not required.
- Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Schedule:
- Part-Time and PRN (as needed) positions available
- Flexible scheduling
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required
