Red Cedar Lodge Senior Living is seeking compassionate, dependable Part-Time and PRN Resident Assistants to join our caregiving team. If you have a passion for helping seniors maintain their independence while providing exceptional care, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care while promoting each resident's dignity and independence.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the appropriate staff.
• Assist with meal service, activities, and resident engagement as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow community policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and other team members to provide excellent resident care.

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving or resident assistant experience is preferred but not required.
• CNA certification is a plus but not required (if applicable).
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong desire to serve seniors.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely.
• Must be able to pass all required background checks and pre-employment screenings.

Schedule:

• Part-Time and PRN (as needed) opportunities available
• Flexible scheduling
• Day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts may be available
