Medication Technician (Med Tech) – Full-Time Day Shift

Schedule: Full-Time | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Ashton Commons Senior Living is seeking a dependable and compassionate Medication Technician (Med Tech) to join our team on a full-time basis. If you enjoy caring for seniors and take pride in providing safe, respectful, and personalized support, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications according to physician orders and community policies
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the appropriate team member
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
• Accurately document medication administration and resident care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Follow all medication, safety, infection control, and compliance procedures
• Work collaboratively with nursing and caregiving staff

Qualifications

• Previous medication administration or senior living experience preferred
• Current Medication Technician certification, if required by state regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
• Ability to communicate effectively and respond appropriately to resident needs
• A genuine desire to provide quality care to seniors

Full-Time | Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
