Ashton Commons Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, allowing you to provide exceptional care to our residents while maintaining a great work-life balance.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and community policies.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents’ health status and communicate changes to appropriate team members.
• Complete accurate documentation and maintain resident records.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and healthcare providers to support resident needs.
• Assist with care coordination and ensure residents receive compassionate, individualized care.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment for residents and team members.

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Previous assisted living, long-term care, or senior living experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent resident care.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Schedule:

• Full-Time Position
• Monday-Friday
• No weekends required
