Full-Time Cook – Ashton Commons Senior Living

Ashton Commons Senior Living is seeking a dependable and skilled Full-Time Cook to join our culinary team. This position plays an important role in providing nutritious, high-quality meals that support the health and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines
• Ensure food is prepared and served on schedule and meets quality standards
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
• Assist with meal prep, portioning, and kitchen cleanup as needed
• Work collaboratively with dietary staff and leadership to meet resident needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment

Qualifications:

• Previous cooking or food service experience preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Dependable, positive, and resident-focused attitude
