Regional Registered Dietitian

Concordia at SpiriTrust — Concordia’s newest and expanding region — is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to support our Skilled Nursing and Personal Care communities in the York, Hanover and Chambersburg areas.

What You’ll Do as a Registered Dietitian:

• Conduct nutrition assessments, care planning, and monitoring
• Provide education and counseling to residents, families, and staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident care plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and dietary standards
• Support both Skilled Nursing and Personal Care populations

Travel & Coverage as a Registered Dietitian:

• Travel across 6 locations in the following areas: York, Hanover and Chambersburg

 

Qualifications of a Registered Dietitian:

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or related field
• Completion of accredited dietetic program/internship (1200+ hours)
• Registered Dietitian (RD) (or eligible within 90 days)
• PA Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist (LDN)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
