We are seeking an experienced, patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic Infant / Toddler Caregiver to join our Child Care team. This part-time position offers a consistent schedule, a full range of benefits, including paid time off (PTO), health insurance, and other valuable employee benefits.
Eligible employees who waive the health insurance benefit can earn an additional $1.50/hour.
This is a highly rewarding opportunity for individuals who love working with children and are looking for a supportive, consistent schedule with no weekends or holidays.
Key Responsibilities of an Infant / Toddler Caregiver:
- Supervise and care for infants/toddlers
- Assist with meals, activities, and diapering/toileting
- Plan and lead daily lessons and play
- Communicate with parents at drop-off/pick-up
- Keep classroom clean and follow safety guidelines
- Coordinate with staff and follow DPW regulations
Qualifications of an Infant / Toddler Caregiver:
- Bachelor’s in Early Childhood OR 2,500+ hrs child care experience
- Experience with infants and/or toddlers in a daycare setting
- Strong communication and people skills
- Patient, organized, and multitasking ability
- Friendly, reliable, and child-focused
