Job Description

Concentrix Malaysia is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Associate to support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of office facilities. The successful candidate will help ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable working environment while coordinating facility maintenance activities and vendor services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, including ups, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair and maintenance activities.
• Monitor facility-related work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
• Maintain records of facility assets, maintenance schedules, and service reports.
• Assist with office moves, renovations, and workspace planning activities.
• Support emergency response and business continuity procedures.
• Monitor utility usage and support energy-saving initiatives.
• Respond to employee facility-related requests and concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, property management, or a related function.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Strong coordination and vendor management skills.
• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting corporate offices, contact centers, BPOs, or commercial facilities.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and facility management systems.
• Professional certifications related to facilities management are an advantage.
