What You’ll Do
Juggle Like a Pro: Manage 90+ calls a day, keeping things running smoothly and making it look easy.
Stay Super Organized: Master scheduling, client requests, and to-do lists without breaking a sweat.
Communicate Like a Champ: Make waiver calls and follow up on requests, keeping everyone in the loop.
Be the Payment Point Person: Confirm pre-payments, prep for deliveries, and keep detailed client notes.
Own Quality Control: Review incoming mail to catch anything missing and lend a hand across departments.
Spot the Details: Scrutinize records and responses, coordinating with Case Managers to keep things moving.
Write it Right: Send out crystal-clear status updates and approval emails—no room for confusion here.
What You Bring to the Table
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bonus points for admin or support experience!
Top-Notch Communication: You’re clear, professional, and know how to get your point across.
