The Customer Support Agent will be the face of the brand and will need to have UKGC experience. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues, and collaborating with other departments. * **Payments Account Manager:** This on-site position seeks a proactive and detail-oriented professional to strengthen the Payments team. Responsibilities include monitoring payment transactions, managing payment method onboarding for clients, acting as the primary point of contact for clients regarding payment-related matters, and ensuring smooth transactions. Prior experience in the iGaming industry is required.
