The Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and capable frontend developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience developing modern websites and expert level knowledge of React and Next.js. The ideal candidate would also demonstrate exceptional initiative and communication abilities that will help them succeed in a mix of on-premise and remote teams.

They will be expected to independently and competently complete frontend development of our casino related products and also mentor and support the rest of the team to achieve their goals and grow their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build Next.js and React websites whilst adhering to the companies strategy of reusability, quality and coding standards.
• Supporting the team's leadership with technical refinements, Peer review and technical roadmaps.
• Support the team with their technical and general work experience to help them achieve their goals.
• Support the team through technical feedback and improvement areas whilst maintaining an optimistic, ambitious and growth based mindset that has the intention of uplifting team mates, rather than putting them down.
• Communicate technical ideas and concepts clearly with some consideration for the audience hearing.
• Maintain close communication and coordination. Stay continuously aware of the team’s status and work. Communicate concerns, ideas, and critical events clearly and at the right time.
  

 Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in modern web application development.
• Demonstrable fluency in Next.js and React.
• Demonstrable fluency in how Websites and modern frameworks work.
• Demonstrable understanding of software development team environments and tools.
• Great level of communication skills in English.
