Candidates will be required to have basic English writing skills, basic math skills, and manual dexterity and typing speed. * **E-Commerce Manager:** This on-site role in Fort Lauderdale, FL, requires managing the day-to-day operations of the company's digital storefront. Responsibilities include overseeing website content, promotions, and merchandising. The E-Commerce Manager will manage the Web Operations team and is responsible for ensuring ADA compliance. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing or a related field. The applicant should also have 5+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce management for a retail or consumer products brand. Experience with leading e-commerce platforms is preferred, and they will need to have strong analytical and process improvement skills. * **Customer Accounts Advisor Plus:** This on-site role involves driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals. The salary range is $13.25 to $14.00 per hour, plus performance-based incentive pay. Responsibilities include direct customer contact, updating customer information, and assisting with deliveries. The role requires a valid driver's license. * **Delivery Driver:** This on-site role involves loading, delivering, and installing merchandise. The pay ranges from $16 - $17 per hour. A valid driver's license is required. * **Customer Accounts Advisor:** This on-site role involves driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals. The hourly range is $12.75 to $13.50 and this position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance. * **Delivery Driver:** This on-site role involves loading, delivering, and installing merchandise.
