The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will provide high-impact policy and regulatory support for USAID's agency-wide closeout initiative. Key responsibilities include conducting research, providing regulatory guidance, drafting policy memoranda, reviewing standard operating procedures (SOPs), tracking changes to relevant policies, supporting leadership, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have at least five years of experience providing policy and/or regulatory guidance supporting U.S. Government contract or grant operations, a Bachelor's degree, and strong written communication skills. Also a hybrid position based in Washington, DC, the Contract Specialist will work with USAID. This role involves cradle-to-grave contract support with a focus on closeout, terminations, cost evaluation, and compliance. Responsibilities include preparing contract documentation, performing contract administration and closeout activities, supporting contract terminations, conducting cost analyses, communicating with contractors, maintaining accurate contract files, and supporting data tracking and reporting. Qualified candidates must have at least five years of experience in U.S. Government contract management, a minimum of one year of experience supporting contract terminations and negotiating termination settlements, and a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. This hybrid role, located in Washington, DC, also supports USAID. The Grants Specialist will be responsible for post-award administration, financial review, and compliant closeout of federal assistance instruments. Responsibilities include preparing grant documentation, performing grant administration and closeout activities, negotiating final budgets, conducting financial reviews, communicating with grantees, supporting audit readiness, and tracking closeout actions. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in U.S. Government grant management and at least one year of experience terminating grants and negotiating final award budgets. A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is also required.
