Key responsibilities include preparing and processing invoices, generating and reconciling account sales summaries, overseeing deal setup in NetSuite, maintaining and updating the Accounts Receivable (AR) Report and payment tracker, and preparing reports and dashboards for internal management review. The candidate should possess 2–4 years of experience in finance operations, billing, AR/AP, or deal operations and a strong working knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP platforms. This on-site position requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. The Business Development Representative position is for the asset disposition sector within the transportation industry. This role, located in Austin, TX, involves identifying and targeting fleets and semi-truck dealerships, building and maintaining client relationships, delivering sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Representative will also collaborate with internal teams, and stay informed on industry regulations. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, a proven track record in B2B sales, a strong understanding of the transportation industry, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
