Gecko Alliance currently has three open full-time positions available in Tijuana: * **Process Engineer:** This on-site role in the Engineering department focuses on sustaining manufacturing processes, providing hands-on production support, and driving continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include developing and improving manufacturing methods, analyzing workflow and space requirements, estimating production times, and writing equipment specifications. The required experience level is mid-level. * **Quality Engineer:** As a Quality Engineer, you will ensure products and processes meet compliance, performance, and customer satisfaction standards. This on-site role in the Quality department involves hands-on experience applying quality processes on the production floor. Responsibilities include defining and maintaining standards, monitoring production quality, leading root cause analysis, managing customer complaints, and conducting product/process validations. This position requires experienced candidates. * **SOA (Service Operative Agent):** This is a hybrid, full-time position in the Planning department. As an SOA, you will be the link between the customer and the sales team. Your responsibilities include customer requirements management, providing pertinent information to customers, leading customer meetings, identifying customer needs, and communicating forecasts and recommendations.
