As a SOA Service Operative Agent, your role is fundamental as you are the link between the customer and our sales team. Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers is essential for this position.
To perform this successfully you must demonstrate excellent communication and follow-up skills to achieve and maintain customer focus while working with sales and shipping teams to ensure delivery processes in a time and efficient manner to our clients.
Activities related to the position:
- Customer requirements management according to customer agreements (freight shipping and other policies) while coordinating with other internal departments to ensure timely resolutions.
- Share pertinent information with customers: Prices list updates, Delivery Tracking, Credit reports, Open orders reports, RMA/RTS Status.
- Lead key customer meetings to coordinate order deliveries, quality cases and products transitions while implementing actions and strategies to win and engage clients.
- Identify customer needs and analyze customer orders patterns to report and collaborate with the sales account manager about Customer Trend.
- Communicate with customers to determine their forecast, manage inventory and make recommendations.
