As a Process Engineer, your role is central to sustain manufacturing processes, while providing hands-on production support and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and lower manufacturing costs. 

• Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods. Enhances operational quality levels through methodologies for systems such as Six Sigma, EA, 8D, 3P, TQM, root cause analysis, etc.
• Analyzes and plans manufacturing capabilities, space requirements, workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
• Estimates production times, staffing requirements and related costs to provide information for management decisions.
• Develops and writes equipment specifications, machine performance requirements, cost analysis, and proposal for integrating machinery and equipment into manufacturing process while ensuring machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
• Writes procedures, specifications, technical documents and provides detailed documentation including tool and fixture drawings, definition of setup, and operational procedures.
