As a Quality Engineer, your role is key to ensure that our products and processes meet the highest standards of compliance, performance, and customer satisfaction.

To perform this successfully you must demonstrate hands-on experience applying quality processes on the production floor. You should be able to transform insights into continuous improvement initiatives that drive customer satisfaction, while collaborating effectively across teams.

Activities related to the position:

• Define and maintain standards, procedures, Control Plans, and PFMEAs to ensure compliance with product requirements.
• Monitor production quality, lead root cause analysis, implement corrective/preventive actions, and drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma.
• Respond to defects, lead containment actions, and collaborate cross-functionally to protect the customer and stabilize processes.
• Analyze quality metrics, prepare dashboards/reports, and present results with improvement actions.
• Manage customer complaints, prepare 8Ds and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Lead product/process validations, audits, and verify corrective actions through LPA and follow-ups.
• Provide training on quality tools, promote a “Right First Time” mindset, and support QMS deployment.
