Responsibilities include resolving guest issues, maintaining cash and credit card accounts, and selling the value of Extended Stay America. A High School Diploma or GED, or one to three months of related experience, is required. **Night Service Representative (Part-Time):** This on-site, overnight role responds to on-call business needs, which can include guest key issues, noise complaints, and emergencies. The associate will be provided a guest hotel room as part of the employment. Responsibilities include handling check-ins/check-outs, and supplying guests with directions. High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. **General Manager:** This on-site position oversees all aspects of hotel operations. The General Manager ensures guest satisfaction, manages associate satisfaction, meets financial goals, and upholds brand standards. This role provides leadership to property associates. Minimum three years related hospitality management (or related field) experience is required and customer experience is required. A valid driver's license and passing a motor vehicle check are required.
