The responsibilities include managing contract operation support functions, managing teams of contract Support Personnel, maintaining client interface, and ensuring program task schedules and costs are met. A Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience is required. The candidate must be willing to work onsite 4 days a week. * **A001 - Front Desk Receptionist:** This fully on-site position requires the candidate to be available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the executive team and ensure the efficient operations of the office. Duties include scheduling and coordinating appointments, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, maintaining an organized office environment, preparing and filing corporate documents, providing administrative support, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries. A High School Diploma is required. * **T018: Ora Prod/Fun Spec - P2P:** This is a hybrid position that requires candidates to be on-site 3x/week in the near future. This role involves responsibilities similar to that of the Administrative Assistant role with duties related to the Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Specialist - P2P. Only local candidates to the DMV region will be considered.
