The role requires a minimum of a Degree in a related area, Project Management training/qualification, 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within property acquisition, construction processes or relevant, and essential skills, including problem solving, analytical review, and report production. **Junior Financial Analyst – Accounts Receivable:** This hybrid role is based in 159-161 Upper Sheriff Street, Dublin 1, with a salary range of €30,000 - €38,000. The Junior Financial Analyst – Accounts Receivable is responsible for fulfilling financial and budgetary requirements, including resident rent account maintenance. Key responsibilities include resident rent queries, rent transaction posting, and bank reconciliations. The position requires a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a finance department, knowledge of accounting systems and IT skills to an intermediate level, particularly Excel. **Resident Engagement & Insights Coordinator:** This specific purpose position is available in the Midlands and West with a salary range of €45,830 - €63,017. The Resident Engagement & Insights Coordinator leads resident engagement initiatives and community work, utilizing data and analytics to inform service improvements. Key responsibilities include community assessments, resident engagement strategy support, and data analysis. Requirements include a driving license and use of car, third level related qualification OR equivalent, and experience in community development or customer service improvement.
