  • Reporting to: New Homes Onboarding Manager    
  • Location:Dublin 1 (Hybrid) 
  • Contract type: Permanent  
  • Salary: €45,830 - €63,017 

  

Role Overview  

The Onboarding Co-ordinator is responsible for managing the smooth onboarding of new homes as they come into management and acting as the key point of contact during the Defects Liability Period.   

  

The role ensures a positive experience for new Clúid residents through effective co-ordination of defect resolution and the provision of clear resident educational materials. The Onboarding Co-ordinator also tracks and analyses onboarding and defects data to support continuous improvement and inform future design and delivery. 

 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Ensuring that liaison with Contractor, Repairs service, warranty providers and professional bodies on defects issues is undertaken.  
  • Lead on monitoring defects performance, including communication and feedback to contract partners.  
  • Report issues relating to product, design, workmanship and engagement of the parties involved to the New Homes Onboarding Manager and improvement recommendations. 
  • Deliver appropriate training to support staff to manage the defects process.  
  • Track, monitor and report on defects and onboarding data to identify trends and support continuous improvement. 
  • Develop relationships with core teams and work with colleagues in particular those in Property Services, Housing Services and Commercial Development to support the successful resolution of issues within the DLP.  
  • Working jointly with core stakeholders including tenant engagement colleagues to ensure that residents are effectively communicated with throughout the life the DLP. 
  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new residents through effective communication and support Clúid’s front line staff in managing the relationship with residents. 
  • Develop, co-ordinate and issue clear resident educational materials for new homes. 
  • Support the business to monitor contractor and consultant performance in relation to defects.  
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting on defects performance and trends, adhering to quality control and assurance procedures.

  • To take personal responsibility for your own health, safety and welfare and that of colleagues in the workplace and ensure a clean, secure and safe working environment.  
  • Work closely with the H&S Manager to ensure the application of safe systems of work at all times.  
  • Maintain health and safety awareness & training.  
  • Ensure that all H&S encounters are effectively dealt with in accordance with the service SOP.

Person Specification: 

 

Education / Qualifications   

 Minimum of Degree required in related area   

▪ Project Management training/qualification   

▪ Experience in working as part of a multi skilled team   

 

Essential Skills: 

▪ Ability to solve problems, generate new ideas, able to focus on causes not symptoms   

▪ Ability to challenge and analytically review own work and that of others   

▪ Excellent working knowledge of a range of computer applications such as Excel, work MS Project   

▪ Ability to prioritise and multitask   

▪ Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills   

▪ Report production and interpretation   

Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and still ensure work is of a high quality  

 

Experience  

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within property acquisition, construction processes or relevant.
