Responsibilities include creating welcoming environments, providing pastoral care, developing spiritual growth pathways, recruiting and training volunteer leaders, and facilitating connections within the church. The College & Young Adults Pastor reports to the Next Gen Pastor. Candidates should possess strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. * **Community Director:** The Community Director is responsible for vision casting, recruiting, activating, equipping, and unleashing teams of volunteers to engage people in an authentic community. This role includes developing and executing local outreach visions, establishing community partnerships, planning community events, and linking the congregation to local ministries.
