Job DetailsJob Location: Main Office - Winder, GA 30680Position Type: Full TimeMinistry Purpose: Consistent with Romans 12:9-15 and Ephesians 4:11-12, all Bethlehem Church employees are responsible for assisting the Lead Pastor and staff in carrying out the daily ministry functions of Bethlehem Church and all other duties as assigned.
Job Description: This position requires someone who is responsible for vision casting, recruiting, activating, equipping, and unleashing teams of volunteers to engage people in an authentic community at Bethlehem Church.
Job Classification: Full-Time / Exempt
Reports to: Executive Pastor of Ministries
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute local outreach visions at Bethlehem Church
Provide strategic thinking to all community activities and ministries of GCC
Administrate all aspects of our community ministries through trained and effective Ministry Teams
Establish and coordinate partnerships with various local leaders in the community
Plan, coordinate, and execute big community events in accordance with our philosophy
Link our congregation to local ministries that minister to the marginalized. Work together with local churches to create effective ways of serving locally, regionally, and globally
Recruit, train, and develop volunteers continually while providing opportunities to serve in the community
Participate in annual evaluations
Other tasks as assigned
