
Job DetailsJob Location: Main Office - Winder, GA 30680Position Type: Full TimeMinistry Purpose: Consistent with Romans 12:9-15 and Ephesians 4:11-12, all Bethlehem Church employees are responsible for assisting the Lead Pastor and staff in carrying out the daily ministry functions of Bethlehem Church and all other duties as assigned.
Job Description: Maintain the buildings, grounds, and equipment. Work independently in all ministry areas and equipment where no license is required to do the work in question. Assists with security and safety elements of the properties. Serves as facilities liaison and resource for all campuses.
Job Classification: Full-Time / Exempt
Reports to: Facilities Director
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, organize, and support all projects, tasks, and other commitments at each campus
Respond to all incoming requests for church resources team, etc., and manage the allocation of facility resources
Maintain the church facility (cleaning, repairs, maintenance, etc.)
Coordinate with all campuses for weekly support as needed
Assist ministry teams in the planning and execution of events
Contribute to the continuous improvements of our organization
Ensure resources needed for various meetings, etc. are set up. (Tables, chairs, etc.)
Participate in annual evaluations
Other tasks as assigned

QualificationsExperience:
High school graduate or GED equivalent
Valid Class C driver’s license
Clean DMV record
Ability to lift and handle 75+ lbs
