At Community First Solutions, our nursing team takes a resident-first approach—ensuring wellness plans are guided by each individual’s needs and goals. As a Staff Nurse LPN/RN, you’ll work side-by-side with our caregivers, providing direct bedside care, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health and well-being. You’ll also guide and mentor caregivers, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment. Your leadership at the bedside helps set the tone for quality, compassion, and teamwork—making Community First Solutions a place where both residents and staff thrive.

- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

- Full-Time
- Minimum 3 - 12 hour shifts per week, either other weekend to be included in a 1 holiday rotation.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Education - Graduate from an Ohio Board of Nursing approved nursing program or school of nursing
- Licenses - Must have an active LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio, CPR certified
- Specialized Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities
- Excellent bedside manner
- Stong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with an electronic health record system
