Join our dynamic hotel team! We're seeking a results-driven Food & Beverage Manager to oversee restaurant, bar, and banquet operations while delivering top-tier guest experiences and driving profitability.
What You'll Do
- Lead restaurant, bar, and banquet operations
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards
- Manage budgets, labor, and inventory costs
- Train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Maintain food quality, safety, and brand standards
- Build strong vendor relationships and oversee purchasing
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3–5 years leadership experience in Food & Beverage
- Hotel experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Financial acumen and operational expertise
