ART CENTER FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
Are you organized, customer-focused, and passionate about supporting arts and community programming? Join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist and play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for visitors, students, and artists.
In this position, you will provide front desk and administrative support by assisting with program registrations, responding to phone calls and emails, and supporting the office team with a variety of administrative duties. You will also help coordinate gallery receptions, special events, and studio rentals while ensuring the facility operates smoothly and professionally.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently, including overseeing the facility during periods when supervisors are not on site. Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills are essential for success in this role.
This is a part-time position with an average of 10-15 hours per week. The pay rate for this position is $19.50/per hour. CA offers a positive, fun work environment and a generous benefits package.
