Software Engineer Intern Summary

Software Engineers are responsible for the building and or configuration of software solutions within their business portfolio. They ensure software is delivered to high quality standards by collaborating with their agile team members and by leveraging unit testing and continuous integration. They participate in the estimation of work required to deliver software features.

Software Engineer – Intern Summary – Acquisitions Run – Pepur Team

As a Pega Software Engineer, you will learn how to support and advance enterprise applications built on the Pega platform gaining experience in application development, workflow automation, integrations, and platform support. A few examples listed below

  • Technologies – Pega Platform- how to develop and maintain business applications using Pega

  • Understand case management, workflow automation, and user experience design

  • Develop skills in data modeling, business rules, and decision logic

  • Explore APIs, system integrations, and secure data exchange

  • Learn application governance, security, and best practices

  • Analyze platform metrics to improve performance, stability, and reliability

  • Cloud Enablement, deployment and supporting Pega applications in modern cloud environments

  • API and Integration Development- Connecting Pega with internal and external applications

  • Agile ways of working
