Flexible Scheduling Options

  • Start as early as 7:00 AM and finish by 6:00 PM

  • Traditional 5-day schedule, four 10-hour days, or customized schedule

  • Part-time opportunities available with option to grow to full-time

  • Compensation options: hourly or pay-per-visit


Competitive Compensation

  • OTR: $70,000 – $85,000 annually depending on experience ($33.65 – $40.87 per hour)

  • COTA: Pay-per-visit model ($10/unit)

  • Flexible pay models to match your career goals

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in North Carolina

  • Pediatric experience preferred
