About the Role:
Coffee House Cafe in Dallas, TX is looking for energetic and friendly Servers to join our brunch team! Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, this is a great opportunity to be part of a vibrant cafe environment where great food and good vibes come together. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, providing a warm and welcoming brunch dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to kitchen staff
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring order accuracy and presentation
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and coffee/beverage offerings
- Process payments, handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Keep tables, service areas, and dining room clean and properly set at all times
- Work weekend and holiday shifts as required to support peak brunch service hours
Requirements:
- Previous serving or food & beverage experience preferred
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays — non-negotiable
- Strong customer service skills with an upbeat, friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced brunch environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry trays comfortably
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
